Letter we gave to helpers

For our (Anna, Emily L, Mila and Sharlene) A-Level media project, we are making a one shot music video, starring Ava and we would like you to act in it. Our idea is to create an obviously fake set in the Seward studio, and change the props and furniture to create 3 different stereotypically romantic settings as the video goes on. We would like you to be one of the background characters who move the sets and play minor (but funny) roles in the narrative.

We having a test shoot for our music video on Saturday 15^th, our proper shoot on Saturday 23^rd and we have reserved a back up shoot on Saturday 30th. We may not need the shoot on the 30^th to film if the other shoots go well. On the days of the shoot we will arrive at 8, but you can sleep in a bit longer and arrive at 9 and it will end at either 1 or at 3-4 on school play days, but we may finish before then. We will email you about any changes to or questions about the schedule.

The actual shoot will involve moving props, doing small background roles such as throwing a globe or being in a superhero costume. We would ask costume wise that you wear all one colour eg purple jeans, purple top, or blue skirt, blue tights and blue top much like in Feist’s ‘1234’ music, and if you don’t want to travel in them there are changing facilities. 

The shoot will involve many short breaks and one longer lunch break, so you might want to bring snacks and drinks along, but some food will be provided.
