Stage Hands and their roles

For our music video we need people in the background moving props around the set during the one-shot.

We approached several of our friends to ask if they would be willing to help out:

As Sharlene and Anna are the backing dancers in the chorus Emily will do the majority of the filming.

We sent them letters with contracts confirming that they would be able to come to our shoots, and set up a facebook group to inform them of any changes. The contracts also had their phone numbers on so that if they were late or had any issues we could be in contact easily.

Costume

Initially we wanted them dressed similarly to the dancers in Feist's music video 1234 ie all in one colour:

We then decided that they should wear all black (which was much more achievable for many of the stagehands) with a small quirk such as a bow tie or a funny hat.
